Terms for using BA Advisory Desk.

These terms apply to BA Advisory Desk public pages, client accounts, advisory packages, subscriptions, credit top ups, custom quote requests, uploaded files, messages, and delivered work products.
Services
BA Advisory Desk provides business analysis advisory support, including requirements clarification, business cases, SOPs, UAT packs, governance material, stakeholder synthesis, vendor readiness, executive presentations, and related advisory deliverables.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, billing, and project information.
- Submit source material you are authorized to share.
- Review deliverables before relying on them for approval, build, procurement, implementation, or external use.
- Keep account credentials secure and notify support of suspected unauthorized access.
Service Boundaries
Unless separately agreed in writing, the service does not include project management, live meeting facilitation, legal advice, financial advice, code review, direct end user interviews, procurement representation, or implementation ownership.
Payments, Subscriptions, And Credits
Payments are processed through Stripe. Monthly plans, one time packages, and credit top ups are billed according to the selected plan or invoice. Advisory Credits are used to scope, track, and manage defined deliverable work. Credits, expiry, and scope controls are shown in the client workspace and may vary by package.
Deliverables
Deliverables are prepared using the information available at the time of review. Delivery targets are service targets, not absolute guarantees. If client inputs are incomplete, unclear, delayed, or unusable, timelines may pause until the required information is provided.
Confidentiality
We treat client uploaded files, private workspace content, and project information as confidential service material. We may use trusted providers to host, secure, process, deliver, and support the service.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BA Advisory Desk liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific package, subscription month, or invoice giving rise to the claim. BA Advisory Desk is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, or implementation damages.
White Label And Partner Use
If a consulting firm, agency, or partner uses BA Advisory Desk deliverables with its own client, that partner remains responsible for its client relationship, final review, representation, and downstream use of the deliverables.
Termination
Clients may stop using the service or cancel subscriptions according to the available subscription controls. BA Advisory Desk may suspend access for non payment, misuse, security risk, or material breach of these terms.
