BA Advisory Desk provides business analysis advisory services, client workspaces, secure intake, file review, deliverable management, and support communication. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as name, work email, company name, job title, country, and time zone.
- Project information submitted through forms, intake requests, messages, and custom quote requests.
- Uploaded files, including documents, spreadsheets, presentations, images, transcripts, notes, and related project material.
- Payment and subscription records processed through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Operational records, such as request status, credit usage, deliverable versions, downloads, audit logs, and support history.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage client accounts and workspaces.
- To review source material and prepare business analysis deliverables.
- To process payments, subscriptions, credit top ups, invoices, and account notices.
- To send account, security, payment, low credit, deliverable, and support notifications.
- To protect the service, prevent unauthorized access, troubleshoot issues, and maintain audit records.
Service Providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the service, including hosting, authentication, storage, payment processing, and email delivery providers. These providers process information only as needed to support BA Advisory Desk operations.
Client Files And Confidentiality
Client files are used to perform the requested advisory work. We do not sell client files or client project information. Access is limited to personnel and systems needed to deliver, secure, support, and audit the service.
Retention
We retain account, billing, audit, request, and deliverable records as needed for service delivery, legal, accounting, dispute, and security purposes. Clients may request file deletion or account review by contacting support.
Security
We use account authentication, role based access, private storage controls, signed download links, audit logs, and payment provider controls to protect client information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we design the service around practical safeguards.
